Migrations
Moves planned so nothing gets lost
I move email, websites, hosting and domains between providers, and plan the switch-over so your mail keeps arriving and your site stays online.
What I move
Email, sites, hosting and domains
Email between providers
Mailboxes moved between GoDaddy, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cPanel hosting, in either direction.
PST import
Mail from Outlook PST files imported into the new mailboxes, so old messages come with you.
Website cloning and moves
Your site copied to its new home and checked there, then switched over with minimal downtime.
Hosting moves
Accounts moved to new hosting, with the site, email and settings carried across.
Domain transfers
Domains transferred between registrars, with the DNS and email cut-over planned in advance.
After the move
A post-move test checklist
Every move ends with a check, so problems show up with me and not with your customers.
- Mail sending and receiving tested on each mailbox
- Outlook and phones reconnected to the new mailboxes
- Website pages, forms and checkout tested on the new hosting
- DNS records, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC, checked
- SSL certificate working on the new site
- Agreeing when the old account can be closed
