Vibepad Privacy Policy

Vibepad (“the app”) is made by Utilis Internet Services t/a Gareth Davies. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.

Your sounds stay on your phone

Sounds you add, buttons you create, and recordings you make are stored only on your device, inside the app. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Backup files are saved only where you choose to save them.

Microphone

Vibepad Pro lets you record sounds. The app asks for microphone permission only when you first tap Record, and it uses the microphone only while you are recording. Recordings are saved on your device and are never sent anywhere.

Files on your phone

When you add sounds, you pick the files or folder yourself using Android’s file picker. The app copies only the sound files you choose.

Advertising

The free version shows a banner ad provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, approximate location based on your IP address, and how you interact with ads. Where the law requires it, for example in the UK and EU, you are asked for consent first. You can change your choice at any time from the app’s menu (“Privacy and ad choices”). You can learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Vibepad Pro users do not see ads.

Purchases

Vibepad Pro is bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment, and we never see your card or payment details. See Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Children

Vibepad is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

• You can delete any or all sounds in the app at any time (“Clear all sounds” in the menu).
• Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s Settings, under Google and then Ads.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
